We currently ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days]. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow your package.

We process orders as quickly as possible, so please contact us immediately at info@ktglow.net if you need to make a change or cancellation. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for complete details.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or swatched beauty products are generally not eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We're sorry! Please contact Customer Care at info@ktglow.net within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.

We recommend reviewing the shade descriptions and product imagery before purchasing. Because colors can appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings, we also encourage you to contact Customer Care if you need help selecting a shade.

Yes. KT Glow products are cruelty-free. Our products are sourced through manufacturing partners that do not conduct animal testing during product development, ingredient sourcing, or finished-product safety testing.

Many of our products are vegan, but vegan status can vary by product. We recommend checking the individual product description and ingredient list for the most accurate information before purchasing. 

KT Glow products are manufactured in North America, primarily in the United States and Canada, through our manufacturing partners. Our products are created with quality, safety, and beauty in mind—so you can Glow Your Way.

Keep your beauty products in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Always follow any specific storage instructions provided on the product packaging.
